WELLNESS FOR THE CREATIVE MIND

18th July (Saturday) | 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

After the excellent response to our last two Mental Health Webinars, SWA is pleased to invite you all to an evening of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). This webinar attempts to introduce us to basic concepts of NLP that focus on inner wellness and communication.

Anuraadha Tewari will be in conversation with Sat and Siri Khalsa and help us understand how we can use this methodology, its tools and techniques to try and adjust to the “new normal” around us. Sat and Siri will be demonstrating some Live Modules that would help Writers address common issues like Daily Stress, Writers’ Block etc.

What is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)?
NLP is a behavioral approach to communication, personal development, and counseling created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States, in the 1970s. It’s a stream of Life Coaching that believes there is an intrinsic connection between these three components: Neuro – Neurological; Linguistics – Language; Programming -Behavioral patterns learned through experience – and that these can be retrained to achieve desirable thoughts, behaviors and patterns.
